Hot air rotary oven 16 tray oven uses electricity, diesel, and gas as heating energy. The bottled structure is adopted as a whole. The facade and baking chamber are made of stainless steel plates. Stainless steel movable grill is easy to disassemble and easy to transport, the rotary oven uses hook rotation or bottom rotation, forced hot air circulation heating, greatly improving the heat transfer efficiency, shortening the heating time, and in order to save energy. Because the rotary baking oven uses hot air circulation plus grill rotation, so the heating is uniform, and the color of the baked goods is the same. In order to make the grilled food have a good taste and suitable temperature, an air volume adjustment and humidification device is installed at the hot air outlet, which is especially suitable for baking egg yolk pies, bread and other products with relatively high color requirements.
